Main Responsibilities

As a Store Associate, you will take significant responsibility to ensure our customers can easily find what they are looking for. You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked, that our store is clean and tidy, and handle payments from our customers. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interactions, profitable sales, and maintaining the highest quality. You will play an important role in creating an inspiring shopping experience. In return, we promise good development opportunities in an organization where we dare to think outside the box. We are a great team working together at Eurocash in Storlien, and we are now looking for you to join our team during Easter 2026. The position is a fixed-term employment during Easter 2026 on a full-time basis, with a possibility of extension. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Of course, we offer a salary according to collective agreements.

What We Expect

Enjoying working with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. To thrive with us, you should also be able to work well in a team, be meticulous and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means that you should be service- and sales-oriented, as well as having an eye for both details and the bigger picture. We prefer that applicants have completed high school education, preferably in commerce and service. Previous experience in grocery retail is an advantage.
